All of the Embracing the Middle workshops are designed using psychological and meditative practices that enable you to apply the learning to your unique situation, and leave with inspiration, new friendships, and a plan of action. The format consists of teaching, guided meditations, and experiential exercises.
With mindfulness and comradery as foundations, all of the workshops provide a safe space and pace for meaningful learning and sharing.

Embrace The Middle All Day Workshop
The All-Day Workshop is a deep-dive into examining, exploring and updating your midlife power and purpose. This is for you if you are ready to look more deeply, open to questioning long-held beliefs and behaviors, and ready to courageously take steps toward a more fulfilling next stage of your life.
Embrace The Middle Half Day Workshop
Half day workshops are specifically for individual topics, such as Forgiveness, which cannot be sufficiently addressed in a 2-hour format. The additional time allows for more depth and breadth and integration of the concepts.
Brief, Single Topic Gatherings
Single topic gatherings are an exploration into a single topic over a short time period. The format of the evening, regardless of the topic, consists of mini lectures, guided meditations, and experiential exercises that enable you to apply the learning to your unique situation. The intimate group format is especially designed to create space and pace for meaningful sharing, support and input.
