Women are guided to Embrace the Middle via a process that combines psychological and meditative tools - an approach that cultivates ABC's :
- Awareness - of what is, what is working, and what may be calling for change. Awareness, even on its own, is a healing force.
- Beliefs/Behavior - identifying our outdated, limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us stuck and replacing them with ones that align with our current and future self.
- Courage - offering support and guidance to take the necessary steps for a richer, more fulfilling next phase.
The guided process is both gentle and supportive and draws from Shayna's decades of training and experience in Clinical Psychology, Zen Practice, Motherhood, Womanhood, and ongoing personal growth. The topics offered are all areas Shayna has personally worked on for many years from both a clinical and psychological approach. All events are limited to 12 people in order to ensure intimacy, support and vicarious learning from other growth-committed women.
