Even though meditating is a private, inward experience, it is energized and deepened when shared in community. With the support of others, we tend to sit longer, sit stiller, and drop in more deeply. In this ladies-only morning, I will share basic meditation instructions, lead us into our practice with guided meditations and hold space for us to practice in silence. Throughout the morning, we will practice a few different meditation techniques and have opportunities for Q @ A.
Whether you are brand new to meditation or a long-time practitioner, it will be a lovely morning to share with other women. This event is limited to 10 women in person* though there will also be a zoom option.
*With all due respect, in person attendance will require proof of vaccination or a recent COVID test.
