This complimentary weekly meditation has been so well received in the US and Internationally, that we are continuing on! Join us. All levels welcome.
Most of us are more likely to commit to an activity if we have the support of a group. Think gym classes, weight watchers, & writing clubs to name a few. Though meditation is an internal “activity,” the commitment can still be greater with the support of a group. A few days a week, I actually get up at 5:30am to join a group on zoom to meditate in silence. Though we don’t speak, our silent bows to each other and presence support one other’s practice. Sounds crazy but I know I wouldn’t do it alone (especially at 5:45 am)!
So many of you have shared your desire to try meditation that I decided to do this complimentary instruction on Thursday mornings 8:30-8:55pt. The beauty of this hour is that it works for a bunch of time zones (though admittedly some better than others :). All ladies are welcome to check it out!
The structure will be:
– Very brief instruction
– A guided meditation
– Then silent sitting and 0ptional Q & A
Please arrive on time. There will be no admission once the meditation has begun.
